　　Amazon German Marketplace is looking for a Senior Deals Operation Specialist to join our teams in Berlin.

　　This role as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners in the context of Deals and Coupons, and is capable of addressing chronic system issues and driving process improvements. This role will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to Merchants selling on the Amazon platform on Deals and Coupons topics, and to Product Management team, and safeguard Deals quality. This role has an immediate, distinct effect on the experience of customers when purchasing Deals and Coupons on Amazon, and therefore a strong record of customer-focus is essential. She/he is expected to handle Deals and Coupons validation/approval, creation, trouble shooting, quality monitoring, and mass communication. Additionally, the candidate is expected to focus on improving existing processes using a data-centered approach.

　　The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and communication skills. She/he should have the ability to deep dive and co-relate Promotions Team issues, Selling Partners and Account Managers escalations to scale long term solutions, demonstrating a high level of ownership and contributing to enhance Customers and Selling Partners experience on Amazon.

　　To be successful in this role, you will need to be process-driven and a problem solver. You will need to be highly analytical, think and act fast, and be adept at finding creative, scalable solutions to complex problems.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Provides outstanding support to Selling Partners, guiding them through the resolution of issues/inquires related to Deals and Coupons by adhering to the provided SOPs and SLAs.

　　Generation of queries and dashboards to streamline the identification of sourcing opportunities and actionable items for functional teams.

　　Improvement and optimization of existing processes used by operational and sales teams.

　　Owns Deals validation/approval and creation, as well as merchandising operations leveraging the tools and SOPs provided.

　　Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to come up with improvement suggestions (i.e. building or improving existing reporting/tools)

　　Troubleshoots issues and liaises with Product Managers and Account Managers to document and escalate them.

　　Demonstrates high attention to detail and Insist on the Highest Standards in the execution of the assigned tasks.

　　Take quick actions on ad hoc tasks (Deals creation, edits, etc.) during peak time

　　Basic Qualifications

　　• Intermediate German and Fluent English communication

　　• Bachelor Degree in any discipline

　　• Proficient Excel and intermediate SQL Skills
