Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sr Data Entry Specialist in San Francisco, California. The individual will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our database systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of entered data. This position involves a substantial amount of interaction with various database systems and requires a high level of detail-orientation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data into multiple database systems, ensuring data integrity.

• Receive, interpret, and verify source documents for accuracy before data entry.

• Maintain an organized and easily accessible filing system for applications, rebates, and other documents in both electronic and hard-copy formats.

• Provide basic troubleshooting assistance and propose solutions for data-related issues to maintain smooth operations.

• Strictly adhere to company privacy and security protocols to safeguard confidential customer information. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role as a Data Entry Specialist

• Proficient in Rebate processing and management

• Demonstrated expertise in Data Entry tasks

• Experience in Database Management is essential

• Proficiency in e-Filing systems and procedures

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
