We are on the lookout for a seasoned AI Channel Development Manager to join our team, taking charge of cultivating and enhancing relationships with channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in channel sales and partner management within the AI domain, showcasing a strong acumen for strategic planning and relationship building.
Remote position anywhere within the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring alignment with our company’s strategic goals and values.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, productive relationships with existing channel partners, driving mutual growth and success.
Sales Enablement: Equip partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell and support our AI solutions and workstations.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and developments within AI, providing partners with insights and guidance to capture emerging opportunities.
Performance Management: Monitor and analyze partner performance, implementing strategies to address gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure coordinated efforts and maximized partner success.
Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events and partner conferences, strengthening brand presence and partner engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel development, sales, or partner management, with a strong emphasis on AI technologies.
Proven track record of building and growing profitable channel partnerships.
Comprehensive understanding of AI solutions, workstations, and market dynamics.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
