　　We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Management Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data within our new system. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and possesses a strong analytical mindset.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

　　Perform data entry and updates in the new system.

　　Run reports and analyze data to identify trends and discrepancies.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related issues.

　　Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.

　　Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics).

　　Proven experience in data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis.

　　Strong proficiency in data management tools and software.

　　Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

　　Familiarity with financial services and nonprofit organizations is a plus.

　　Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.
