This is a contract position for 12 months, with hybrid work model. The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics lifecycle to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.
Data Analytics applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives.
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, data modeling, data visualization, and automation. In this role, you will work closely with our stakeholders to analyze data, develop insights, and communicate findings using visualizations. In addition, you will also design and maintain data models, automate data processes, and optimize data workflows.

Transition existing Data Pipelines and reporting solutions into new Platform in the cloudDesign and build data pipelines that extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into our data warehouseCreate and maintain data models that ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibilityDevelop and maintain automated data pipelines and data processing workflowsCreate data visualization utilizing complex data to provide meaningful insightsDesign and maintain databases that support our data processing and analytics needsEnsure data security, privacy, and compliance with data regulationsMonitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data quality and reliabilityDevelop and maintain documentation for data infrastructure, processes, and workflowsStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering, machine learning, and automationQualifications
8-12 years of experience in data engineering, SQL and data modeling preferredBA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred. Advance Degree may be requiredProven experience in designing and implementing database solutions using SQLExpertise in data warehousing and ETL processesExperience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCPIntermediate level BI dashboarding experience (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and teamwork skillsFamiliarity with SAP tables and data structures is preferredWhat is expected of you and others at this level
