　　Duties & Responsibilities:

　　Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technologyassignments.Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.Has domain and expert technical knowledge.Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibilityfor financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technicalrequirements are met.Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with seniormanagement.Consults on IT and cyber defensive architecture and technologiesAssesses assigned Cyber domain to thoroughly understand the mission,architecture and threatAdvises on technical design and implementation of Defensive Cyber Operationscapability required to effectively protect, detect and respond to cyberthreats and attackResearch cyber defense technology options for best fit based on mission,architecture and threatDesign, implement, configure and/or tune Cyber Defense technologyAuthors documentations to include SOPs, checklists, implementationguides, architecture diagrams, crew binders, etc.Adapt technologies to meet best fit for the mission architecture and threat.Technologies include SIEM, vulnerability assessment, discovery,infrastructure (firewall, IPS/IDS, proxy, network capture), hostbased security, PCAP, penetration testing/external assessment tools,forensics,Develop and tune cyber tools and technology like ELK, Kafka, Suricata,BRO, cuckoo, yara, etc.

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Minimum of 7 years of technical experience in cyber-defense or cyber securityrelated fields (e.g., engineering, networking, systems integration,solutions etc.) with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.Active TS/SCI security clearanceBachelor's degree in a cyber-related discipline (e.g. networkengineering, computer science, information systems, software engineer,programming, etc.).8570 IAT Level III Certification (CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA,CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, or CCSP)Minimum of 7 years of professional technical experience (these years may bein conjunction with #2) Experience years must come from at least 3 of thefollowing areas:Container or virtual environments (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, VMware, AWS)In-band and out-of-band test access points for network traffic collection andaggregation (e.g. Gigamon)Data storage solutions (e.g. NFS storage, distributed storage, Ceph Ruckstorage, etc.)Data-analysis toolsets (e.g. Elastic Search, Logstash, Kibana, Splunk, etc.)Agile frameworks for software developmentLinux operating systems (Red Hat, Kali, etc.)Windows operating systemsNetwork infrastructureSecurity applications (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response[SOAR], Security Information and Events Management [SIEM],Intrusion Detection Systems [IDS], etc.)
