The Sr. Contracts Negotiation Manager will manage (in conjunction with key internal partners) the negotiation, redlining and drafting, as well as facilitate the execution of complex and non-standard contracts, amendments, and renewals for the T-Mobile for Sales & Distribution organization to ensure they comply with business requirements as well as corporate policy. Represents the organization as the principal customer-facing contact for contract negotiations. Interacts with company sales management and customer procurement and legal personnel on contract matters requiring coordination across organizational lines. Provides updates to management and sales on contracts and negotiations and advises sales of contractual eligibility, rights, and obligations in concert with senior managers and attorneys.
