　　Experience working within a digital organization or digital environment conducting social media management and social media work related to blog writing and digital marketing content.

　　Experience working with business partners in an agile environment to understand their objectives in order to create optimized content solutions based on business goals and user needs.

　　Product Design Experience

　　Description:

　　Works with business partners to understand their objectives and come up with optimized content solutions leveraging business goals, user needs, relevant data points, and Content Management Systems (CMS).

　　Executes content strategy deliverables, which may include writing original content, coordinating and editing content authored by others and contributing content to the CMS.

　　Advises internal business partners on best-in-class digital content writing, managing Omni-channel content development.

　　Establishes content strategy recommendations across multiple digital properties. Works with UX/Design to develop new design elements.

　　Writes and helps refine stories / requirements to support the optimization of the content experience and/or build out of a content management platform supporting multi-channel digital content distribution.

　　Contributes to a core centers of excellence for digital content at Anthem.

　　Manages social media accounts for a specific business unit

　　Qualifications -

　　Requires a BA/BS in related field, Masters preferred. 5-plus years of experience in governance of UX focused enterprise web content strategy and management in complex regulated industries; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background .
