Role Purpose
The primary role of the Senior Consultant - Workplace Strategist is to manage workplace and portfolio strategy projects, conduct their own research, and data gathering and analysis in the development of advisory solutions for clients.The consultant will bring skills to build the analytical capabilities with the use of dashboards and data mining.The Senior Consultant will complete reports, proposal writing, presentations and will provide some client interface with regards to interviews, observations and focus groups.This requires the Senior Consultant to collaborate with senior team members and brokerage professionals on every part of the consulting process including working with clients to understand their business and develop recommendation
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
With senior team member, manage client project from scope definition to deliveryWith senior team member, develop and communicate project hypotheses and conclusionsCreate project schedules, activities, and final reportsCoordination of workplace design, change management and technology best practices and solutions with the client's culture, business and peopleSynthesize the output gained from floor plans, occupancy data, technology assumptions, observations, surveys, interviews and focus groups into opportunities and recommendations for client presentation materials including people, place, technology recommendations and space metricsConduct workplace research and analysis in support of client projects and development of white papers and publicationsOversee and participate in the development and presentation of materials and ensure the final product is succinct and delivers a powerful message.Using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other applicable presentation tools, outline then review models for client presentations Ensure presentations are clear, address client questions and goals.Review quantitative and qualitative analysis of dataUse excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively influence clients.Look for and make recommendations to apply new industry tools/technology to current projects
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Design, Finance, Economics, Organizational Development, Urban Planning or related field preferred.3-6 years consulting experience, preferably in workplace strategy, data analytics, real estate strategyDemonstrated Project Management SkillsKnowledge and effective use of problem solving skillsExposure to change management and customer experience initiativesSolid understanding of workplace technologiesStrong knowledge and proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software including Microsoft Office, PowerBISuperior writing skills that are sufficient to create professional presentations and reportsEffective communication skills with an ability to share and synthesize knowledgeExcellent time management, organizational and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skillsExceptional organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities and projects, keeping all team members informed of progress and issuesHi EQ with demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with a variety of stakeholders from diverse cultures as well as facilitate collaboration

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $107,015.00 - $125,900.00
