Responsibilities:Regional compensation expert for USA and Canada, by providing HR colleaguesand business stakeholders with methodical insights in the frame of Vestasglobal compensation concepts, and advise, guide and question stakeholderson compensation related issues.Advisor role for HRBPs in the region on the Reward areaRegional governance of compensation structures and components, i.e. positionevaluation, spot awards, off-cycle increase, allowances, benefits andother elements related to total compensationRegional responsibility of the annual reward cycle, evaluate and advise forbusinessEnsure global programs and policies are implemented according tolegislation, culture, market practice and local business needsCarry out annual campaigns ensuring the bonus pay out and merit increaseprocess in the region with support from global service team - includingguidance to HR BPs and managers, local business involvement, and feedbackto global colleagues on process improvementsAuditing and reporting of compensation data and specific focus areas (i.e.spot awards, promotions, etc.)Take part in benchmark validation run ensuring input from local market andbusiness knowledge
Qualifications:Bachelors Degree (Finance, Business, or HR)Experience from international company working with compensation and rewardacross process and data countries in North American region
