Avanade’s Summer Internship is called Elevate and is for students in the penultimate year of study, (year 2 of undergraduate degree or in your final year before a Master's degree). 　　Role Registration: January

　　Phone screening call with Early Talent Acquisition team: Jan-Feb

　　Online Assessment Afternoon: 28th February

　　Follow up and feedback by: March

　　Avanade Internship onboarding: 10h July

　　Note the screening and interview process will be hosted remotely via Microsoft Teams

　　What you'll do:* Client work: you will join Avanade’s live project teams to gain experience consulting with our people and clients on market leading technology solutions.

　　* Communication skills training: you will receive training opportunities to develop your client facing skills and experience in the technology consulting space.* Grow your network: You will have an assigned Intern Lead and Buddy through the programme but also throughout your career at Avanade should you return.* Join the Avanade Early Talent Network: You will be part of Avanade’s community of graduates. The Early Talent network will be a springboard for learning and engagement as you start out, connecting you closely with others across the entire business. * Progress your career goals: you will have the opportunity to complete Microsoft Certifications during your internship.* Receive graduate role opportunities: upon completing your internship, your mentor will help you decide where you want to go next with your career at Avanade. You will be considered as an applicant to one of Avanade’s Technology Consulting Graduate programmes starting after your degree, in 2025.

　　Skills and experience- some of the below sounds like you:* You can evidence and talk about your interests and passion for technology and desire to pursue a career in technology.* A creative mind and collaborative spirit.* Ability to adapt and apply existing skills to new learning and technologies.* Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.* Willingness to develop excellent communications that will set you up to become strong client facing technology consultant in your future career.* Aptitude and willingness to learn more about Microsoft technologies including but not limited to: Azure / DevOps/ O365 | Python | Java or C++ | UML | Cloud Technologies | AGILE and SCRUM methodologies.* Flexibility to work on different projects and open to possible travel to client locations (within stipulated radius).

　　About you: * You are a student graduating in 2025.* You are ready to join a full time 8-week internship, in person in the London office.* You will graduate with a 2:2 or above in June 2025. (And provide certificates for completion of your degree). * You may be completing second year of undergraduate degree or in your final year before beginning a Master’s Degree.
