Analyze, elicit, elaborate, document, and transfer the business requirements of the customers to the IT department. Perform business analysis and requirements management during the design stages of the project using various advanced technologies. Determine the scope of the project and its cost depending on user requirements. Perform systems analysis for improvement using various modeling techniques based upon planned resource usage. Liaise with management to develop and create technology and cost proposals. Facilitate spring planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Perform, evaluate and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development. Create and implement precise management plans for every project with attention to transparent communication at all levels. Investigate and recommend changes or continuous improvement ideas to resolve or minimize data issues and refine processes. Provide supervision and direction to 3 Computer Programmers. Experience must include utilizing: JIRA, Confluence, Rally, SharePoint, APIs, Agile, SOAP UI, Web Services, JBoss.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or a foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Business Administration, Engineering (Any) or related with 1 year of relevant IT experience as a Computer/Engineering Professional. In lieu of the above, will also accept a Bachelor’s degree or a foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Business Administration, Engineering (Any), or related with 5 years of progressive IT experience as a Computer / Engineering Professional.
