Responsibilities:
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with Lead Recruiter
Source applicants through online channels, such as Indeed and other professional networks
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available and sourced candidates
Schedule interviews, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person/virtual interviews
Assess candidates’ information, including resumes, portfolios and references
Conduct reference checks and assist new hires with onboarding documents
Work closely with the Lead Legal Recruiter to assess priority roles and prospective candidates
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience within recruiting; ideally at a law firm, but not required
Experience with full lifecycle recruiting - including international hiring
Knowledge of recruiting sourcing tools such as Indeed, etc.
A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company in order to present the most qualified candidates to hiring managers
The passion to engage candidates and establish a connection as they move through the interview process
Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
The ability to manage priorities and take on tasks that arise throughout the day
Proficient in writing and communication (English C1-C2 level)
