Job Description:About the roleThe Sr. Business System Analyst role supports the Business by working withBusiness Management, Subject Matter Experts, Product Owners, ProjectManagers, Technical Leads and Developers to provide Business NeedsAnalysis, Requirements elicitation, Requirements elaboration and UseCase/Story development

　　What you will do:Provide consulting regarding the practices and methods for defining detailedbusiness requirements including planning, documentation, analysis, andalignment to corporate standardsDevelop and review business requirements which describe the business needs andthe scope of the solution.Document and refine business requirements to describe the business needs to afunctional requirement level without presuming a technical solution.Facilitate Technical Review Sessions to ensure requirements are verifiable andtestable once a solution is definedSupport the execution of the development pipeline and delivery of ToppanMerrill's software products including vendor solutions to QA, andultimately to productionWork in execution of product development across all teams as part of thedevelopment lifecycleWork with Project and Release Management to sequence/coordinate developmentactivities within software developmentOperate at a high technical level for identified phases of IT projectsDiscover applicable technology alternatives to given business problems withthe assistance and direction of the Product Owners.Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on both user needs anda thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements;considers business application of technology to both current and futurebusiness environment.Develop detailed application, product, and/or tool selection evaluationcriteria based on identified product requirements; assumes fullaccountability for developing business and functional requirements for complexUses comparative analysis techniques to evaluate and recommend overall ITsolutions for client/organization. Provides senior level consulting servicesto internal business groups and peers on process improvement projects designedto improve business and IT results. Supports design, build and test phasesfor larger scope enhancements and projects.Ability to Lead BAs in Requirement Analysis for small to medium projects.Coaches and mentors less experienced analysts.Supports design, build and test planning phases for medium to large scopeenhancements and projects.Qualifications and experience3+ years of professional IT experience with leadership in technical andbusiness analysisKnowledge of Enterprise Testing, Quality Standards, and software productknowledge (architecture, infrastructure, security, DevOps, etc.)SDLC knowledgeSoftware development environment methodologiesExperience with XBRLBusiness and functional requirement knowledgeRequirements Analysis, Planning & prioritization executionRequirements Elicitation and facilitation executionFinancial Management knowledgeInterviewing skills among stakeholders
