This BDM will focus on expanding the locker footprint across North America by building enterprise partnerships to scale locations and increase Pickup Point adoption. In addition, providing new opportunities to existing relationships that will elevate partnerships that will increase foot traffic and value.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USA | New York, NY, USA- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent- 5+ years in account management and/or business development- Experience with negotiating long term partnership in an ambiguous environment- Experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and Powerpoint- Master's degree/MBA in business or related field- 5+ years of experience in business development strategy- Experience working with global teams and diverse partners- Ability to establish credibility and work with business and technical owners- Experience in driving strategic alliances and partnerships for business- Experience with negotiation and effective communication with cross-functional stakeholder- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple work-streams- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results- Excellent verbal/written communication skills- Experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms to work efficiently. Salesforce experience preferredOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $90,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
