Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior BA Analyst for one of their healthcare clients in Boston, MA. This is a hybrid position and the candidate must live in one of the six New England states. The Senior Business Analyst will primarily address the needs of basic research and research administration but will also support clinical research and clinical trials research domains as needed. The candidate will participate in the design and solution delivery of research applications, services, and initiatives to enhance the functionality and accessibility of the organization's computational resources and information technology platforms. The incumbent will lead complex projects, support high-profile users, and collaborate in re-engineering and developing new business processes to support the organizations need for automation and process development for new basic research initiatives.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　· Bachelor's degree, ideally STEM field

　　· 5-7 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years in clinical setting (lab, biomedical)

　　· Experience working with any LIMS null
