　　Job Summary

　　Supervises the set-up, break down and cleaning of all meeting rooms and accommodates all client request.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Maintain positive customer relationships and ensures a timely response to all inquiries for space and/or service needs.

　　Maintain regular communication with all departments.

　　Maintain a good understanding of Flik, Restaurant Associates & Client Organization, Services, and Standard Practices.

　　Answer emails and text messages in a timely manner.

　　Review daily set-up sheets, uses this information to create schedules/assignments for Event Setup Services team.

　　Conduct Quarterly Equipment inventory.

　　Supervise and assists Attendants during set-up, tear down and cleaning of all meeting and conference rooms

　　Teach and implement FLIK Platinum Service® principles within the Event Setup Services team

　　Assume the duties of the Event Setup Services Assistant Manager in his/her absence.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　BS degree and minimum of 3 years hotel or conference center sales experience

　　Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills

　　Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business

　　Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior

　　Exceptional customer service abilities
