　　About the Role:

　　You need to be a team player and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure our Global payrolls are processed on a timely and accurate manner. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role and you will take on interesting and challenging responsibilities as our organization continues to grow in both size and complexity. This role will be a key part of the successful growth of the Finance department and located in our office in Pune, India.

　　What You'll Do: Processing and managing the day-to-day assigned International Payrolls Experience is must. Vendor managed payroll experience will be a plusReview data on new hires, terminations, employment status changes, tax changes, deductions, rate changes, retroactive adjustments, special pay, etc.Responsible for providing the information and coordinating with Vendors/ Payroll SystemsGood in payroll reconcliliations and closures. Process and reconcile all payroll related statutory deductions, employee benefits like OT, PTO, etc.Responsible for Salary Bank file recon and payment processResponsible for GL Accounting, Acrual Reporting, Fund forcastingEnsure periodical and annual payroll tax filings are complete and accurate and filed timelyShould handle Equity transactions through payroll - Stocks. RSU & ESPPResponsible for Payroll queries on the Chat box and Ticketing systemSupport Internal and External Payroll AuditsSupport Monthly payroll matrix on payroll delivery & Query managementShould be proactive in handling and closing yearend activities of payroll till delivery of Yearend Income Statements & required filingsAssist with special projects as neededWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 6- 9 years of experience with APAC & EMEA with a high-growth, fast paced environmentStrong understanding of payroll systems, payroll statutory, earnings and deduction codes, GL mapping.Knowledge of ESPP, STOCK, RSU is a plusAbility to handle multiple country payrolls and be proactive in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesAbility to effectively communicate and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers, including all levels within the companyIndividual must be organized, analytical, detail-oriented and energeticExperience with the following systems is preferred: Workday, NetSuite, SQL/SAP based payroll systemA self-starter and team player who could approach job with a can do attitudeWork from Office : Pune
