Key Responsibilities
Liasing with precious metals manager to post metals receipts/transfers with JM/Heraeus and posting assay settlements
Clearing Audit Exception Report via Precious Metals Transfer Program
Monthly reconciliation of all intercompany, third party vendor, inventory and equity accounts as well as MM/SPL, and resolving any issues highlighted by this process
Publishing monthly summary precious metal accounts
Manage annual confirmation of metal balances with customers and vendors
Handle any ad hoc precious metal related matters, including resolution of system issues with IT
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
WE VALUE
Some relevant experience in similar positions.
Ability to present complex analysis with clarity.
Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business.
Knowledge of US GAAP Sarbes-Oxley and Internal controls.
Good oral and written communication.
