Description You will be responsible for preparing and consolidating financial statements, analyzing and reconciling accounts, analyzing cash flow, creating budgets and forecasts, preparing audits, and managing internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. 　　Major responsibilities

　　Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Provide monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

　　When working with business partners, ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls. Additionally, be able to provide support on special requests

　　Partake in various department-wide initiatives

　　Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

　　Delegate resources to Ad-hoc projects as necessary

　　Formulate Balance Sheet account reconciliations

　　Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions

　　Review financial information such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc. and present analysis in a clear manner Requirements

　　Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines

　　5+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

　　Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment

　　Understanding of corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

　　Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges

　　Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload

　　Earlier experience in public accounting is highly valued

　　Demonstrated ability in strong analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Proficient in ERP systems

　　Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

　　Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

　　Solid understanding of Bank Account Reconciliation

　　Knowledge of month end closings

　　Proficiency in General Journal
