Description

We are in search of a Sr. Accountant on behalf of our client. This role primarily involves managing accounting processes and providing financial insights for decision-making processes. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including month end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, audits, internal controls, and cash flow forecasting, among others.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, would consider Associates with solid accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Accounting principles and procedures

• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

• Excellent proficiency in accounting software

• Demonstrated ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on data

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
