Robert Half Finance Accounting is working with a rapidly growing and dynamic advertising/media organization, looking for a Senior Accountant who can contribute to the strategic direction of their company. You need to have extensive knowledge about various accounting principles, practices, processes, and regulations that are essential in maintaining financial health and ensuring continued business growth.

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join the team. This role will take the lead in managing all the financial undertakings of the company and ensure legal compliance. As a growing organization, we need someone who can help streamline the accounting functions and systems, while also providing insight and analysis to support expansion.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting tasks, such as preparation and coordination of the audit process, general ledger preparation, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting.

Analyze complex financial reports and forecasts to monitor and identify financial risk.

Streamline and improve financial systems and processes to support significant growth.

Provide strategic analysis and advice on the company's financial performance to aid decision-making processes.

Collaborate with other departments within the company to support overall company goals and objectives.

Requirements

Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment

Advertising/Media/ Entertainment experience is preferred

US GAAP experience

3+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred
