In the role of Senior Accountant, you will handle the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, the analysis and reconciliations of accounts, and the analysis of cash flow. You will also establish budgets and forecasts, prepare audits, and manage internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Candidates must be highly skilled at GL Accounting. 　　Major responsibilities

　　Maintain financial reports, records and general ledger accounts (the accounting group is small so this role allows you to do start to finish full cycle accounting)

　　Ensure corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls are followed when working with business partners and be able to provide support on special requests

　　Assemble monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

　　Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions

　　Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Supply Balance Sheet account reconciliations

　　-Serve as liaison between the division and corporate office for all accounting related responsibilities

　　-Provide financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis for division projects

　　Requirements

　　Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

　　BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related from 4 year college

　　3-5 years of financial/accounting experience (homebuilding a big plus)

　　Self-starter and strong ethical standards

　　Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

　　Microsoft Excel experience, BRIX software preferred, other ERP system knowledge
