Description Project Overview:
As an Interim Accounting Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in troubleshooting and optimizing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your expertise will be essential in fostering collaboration between the accounting team and IT department, ensuring a successful and efficient utilization of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Bridge Between Accounting and IT:
Act as a liaison between the accounting team and IT department to understand challenges and requirements from both perspectives.
Facilitate effective communication to bridge gaps and ensure a collaborative working environment.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Expertise:
Assess the current implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Identify areas of improvement and work with the IT team to implement solutions that align with accounting needs.
System Optimization:
Analyze workflows and processes to identify opportunities for system optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
User Training and Support:
Provide training to the accounting team on the functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Offer ongoing support and address user queries to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and troubleshoot any issues related to the system implementation.
Collaborate with the IT department to resolve technical challenges and ensure system stability.
Data Integrity and Security:
Implement measures to ensure data integrity and security within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Work with IT to establish and enforce access controls and data protection policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and optimization.
Strong understanding of accounting processes and workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
