In the role of Senior Accountant, you will handle the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, the analysis and reconciliations of accounts, and the analysis of cash flow. You will also establish budgets and forecasts, prepare audits, and manage internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. 　　Your responsibilities

　　When working with business partners, ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls. Additionally, be able to provide support on special requests.

　　Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary

　　Analyze financial information and report on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)

　　Provide assistance in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external

　　Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions

　　Provide Balance Sheet account reconciliations

　　Offer involvement in various department-wide initiatives

　　Requirements

　　Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

　　Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

　　Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

　　BA/BS in Accounting/Finance

　　Self-starter and strong ethical standards

　　Sound written and verbal communication skills

　　Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment

　　Knowledgeable of ERP systems

　　2+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

　　Manufacturing experience

　　Knowledge of general ledger

　　Proficiency in account reconciliation

　　Comprehensive knowledge of month end closings
