Title- Senior Accountant

　　Location-Navasota, Texas

　　Duration- Direct Hire

　　Growing genetics technology company located Houston looking for a dynamic Senior Accountant to join their growing team!

　　Focus includes:

　　Ability to collaborate with various accounting groups

　　Ability to independently take on general ledger, cash management, inventory counts and reconciliations

　　Build activity-based budgeting models to help analyze and establish standard production costs with labor and material overhead rates

　　Lead month and year end closing activities

　　Work cross-functionally to ensure financial controls include all business units and that they comply with financial processes

　　Targeting candidates with:

　　Independent self-starter excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy

　　Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

　　Motivated, self-starter with a sense of urgency, organized and results driven!

　　Knowledge with Microsoft Office advanced Excel, and Oracle

　　Offering $70-100K based upon experience

　　Position is hybrid Monday-Friday
