Description You will use your knowledge and skills to prepare and consolidate financial statements, analyze and reconcile accounts, analyze cash flow, build budgets and forecasts, prepare audits, and manage internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. How you will make an impact
Apply oneself to various department-wide initiatives
Prepare financial analysis on trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.
Commitment to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP
Administer Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Contribute to coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors
Work with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests
Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
Supply Balance Sheet account reconciliations Requirements - BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred
Must have excellent time management skills
Earlier experience in public accounting is highly valued
Vow to meet business deadlines
SOX internal control assessments (Section 404) experience
Candidate must possess first-rate analytical, quantitative and social skills
Fixed Asset Accounting experience
Lease Accounting experience required
Property accounting experience
3+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience
Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity
Knowledgeable of ERP systems
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems experience a plus
Great attention to detail
Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
