  Brief description:

  Works in a medium-complex environment. Performs routine administrative duties: placing, receiving and routing telephone calls; preparing documents, filing, faxing, emails, handling incoming and outgoing mail, order and maintain supplies, provide administrative support to manager.

  Associate degree in office systems or related area

  Must have at least 2 yrs. proven experience in similar role.

  Has strong computer skills including Microsoft Office software.

  Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

  Ability to communicate with different hierarchy company levels.

  Available to work Monday thru Friday from 8am-5pm

  Supports Service manager.
