  RP is seeking a Project Manager to add to our rapidly growing business.

  Responsibilities:

  Provide timely deliverables and performance related data to the Government in order to allow adequate monitoring, oversight, and performance measurement of support services.

  Promote innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness.

  Resolve problems with minimal disruption to the activities being performed under the contract.

  Respond rapidly to surge or emerging requests and provide the appropriate levels of qualified staff.

  Ensure all work is performed according to contractual requirements and performance standards, monitoring all contractual expenditures to ensure that established budgets are not exceeded.

  Plan to respond to a request to transition services to/from other locations. Manage Phase-In and Phase-Out plans. Ensure efficiency with little or no impact to ongoing operations.

  Requirements

  Masters Degree preferred and 10+ years of direct project management experience

  Provide dynamic team leadership, supervision, and guidance to not just supervise staff but help them grow and thrive in their positions

  A strategic thinker who has assisted federal clients navigating change

  Experience with both the soft and hard program management functions (e.g., EVM, acquisition lifecycle)

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal, writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and shift priorities

  Team oriented- fostering and maintaining solid working relationships with/across team and with clients is key

  Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of a growing and evolving organization

  Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, and Adobe

  Demonstrate growth mindset with willingness to collaborate and develop subject matter expertise in support of programs
