You will report directly to the Sr Sales Manager and work remotely. The territory for this role covers Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Idaho.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and oversee the strategic account management function, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions

Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions

Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective account management and contract negotiations

Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence and drive long-term business growth

You will travel up to 50% for this role

Relocation support may be provided.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is sales-incentive eligible.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

YOU MUST HAVE

3+ years experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth in the energy sectorWE VALUE

Experience in Industrial Automation, LLoT, Distributed Control Systems, and Operations Technology

Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to effectively manage strategic accounts and navigate complex sales cycles

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a high-performing team

Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing market trends

Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
