SPORE Manager
Candidate will manage a SPORE at Hillman Cancer Center as well as be part of the Teams Science Admin group. This position will also support one or more faculty.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
Grant Submission: review RAF and outline needed components and assist Program PIs with LOI and documents needed for initial meeting at NIH; Gather and review documents for formatting; request and edit NIH Biosketches and Other Support documents. Review PIs MyNCBI and confirm all SPORE related publications are compliant. For those non-compliant publications, submit needed information for compliance. Submit any necessary paperwork into MyRA for any MTA, CDA or DUA. With Genome Sequencing a Data Use Agreement is required. Also submit grant through electronic platform.```{=html}
```1. Meetings: organize monthly SPORE meetings and organize yearly EAB meeting.

```1. Fiscal Duties: pay invoices generated by SPORE activity in a timely manner (i.e. Publishing charges)

```1. Travel: coordinate Travel when needed to National professional meetings where SPORE team members may be presenting results and reimburse traveler for any reimbursable out of pocket expenses.
Candidate will also support a SPORE PI with other items including grant submissions of all types.
Teams Science Admin Group: Part of the Admin Team who assists various Hillman faculty with the submission on Team Grants including SPOREs, T-32s and Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG).

Candidate should have high level of attention to detail, proficiency in written and verbal communication, and high level of organization.
Physical Effort
Little physical effort is required. Duties are primarily sedentary. May be required to move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally.
