　　Summary:

　　A Administers/interprets appropriate assessment measures in order to form appropriate recommendations for the management of communication disorders. Develops/provides treatment programs for patient populations ranging from children through geriatric. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

　　Qualifications:

　　Required:Masters Degree in speech pathology and a valid State of Ohio Speech-Language Pathology LicensureMust be certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), or must obtain certification:• Within 12 months of hire for a full-time employee• Within 18 months of hire for a part-time employeePossesses current BLS certification, or obtains within 90 days of hire.Ability to travel to satellite locations.
