　　We are seeking a Lead Speech Pathologist to manage our busy speech therapy department. This position includes completion of administrative duties, clinical supervision, and provision of care.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Provide clinical and administrative supervision of the speech therapy staff.

　　Provide skilled speech therapy services.

　　Adheres to missions, philosophy, policies and procedures of the facility.

　　Adheres to speech therapy standards of practice and assists in development of annual departmental goals and objectives.

　　Maintains active and participatory communication with all members of the treatment team including accurate, thorough, and timely documentation.

　　Demonstrate clinical competence in all areas of physical therapy and assure professional growth through attendance of available in-house in-services and yearly or bi-yearly outside courses.

　　Promotes mission and philosophy of the facility in a positive manner in the community.

　　Acts as a liaison between the Speech Therapy staff, Director, and all programs within the facility.

　　License / Education Requirements:

　　Current State of Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license

　　Degree from accredited educational institution

　　Current CPR certification

　　Preferences

　　Previous professional or clinical education experience in a neuro-rehab setting is strongly preferred but not required.

　　Prior supervisory experience a plus.
