　　By joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to:

　　Be part of the highly skilled Occupational Health and working environment team within Equinor. This Health and Working Environment department consists of broad professional teams which deliver towards all our business with the expectation of collaboration and experience transfer across the HWE teams, HSE Competence Centre and relevant networks. Our aim is to deliver high-level, quality services and advice to our customers, contributing to a good working environment for all Equinor employees, onshore, offshore, and globally.

　　This is a leading professional position, with tasks that will include but are not limited to:

　　Support leadership groups, the business overall and translate corporate strategies in the business context into Occupational Health services.

　　Impact widely across the business through specialist knowledge and be a part of development teams promoting a broad range of psychosocial service deliveries.

　　Lead and support continuous development and a systematic standardized approach to risk mapping and psychosocial risk assessment, support in conflict handling and psychosocial risk in change processes, etc.

　　Handle conflicting interests through high-level stakeholder management and understanding the business impact of decisions and strategies.

　　Cand.Psychol., with authorisation in Norway as a Psychologist, or higher university degree in Psychology

　　Specialization in Organizational Psychology or Clinical Occupational Health.

　　Experience with work environment related issues, such as psychosocial risk, conflict handling and change management.

　　Leadership experience.

　　High level of professional psychosocial work environment competence, and a business-oriented mindset able to support on developing and delivering professional services.

　　Experience of developing and implementing psychosocial tools in a work environment would be beneficial.

　　Strong communication skills with the experience and competence to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders across differing levels of seniority.

　　Fluent in written and spoken English and Norwegian.
