Summary: *MUST SIT IN SAN LORENZO, CA*
This position is responsible for supporting post-offer onboardingactivities. This includes creating, maintaining, verifying, andorganizing employee files, I-9s, and other documentation to ensurecompliance with all EEO regulations. Assist with the completion of theonboarding checklist, while strictly adhering to all employmentauthorization guidelines in accordance with company and governmentregulations.
Responsibilities Include: Collect, review, upload policies, procedures,standards, templates and related KPIs. Assist and support with I-9initiation, involuntary servitude interview, document verification,policy review & acceptance, and schedule orientation date.
Support in the rescheduled new hire start dates or no-show situations.
Administering new hire paperwork to ensure completion/uploading of allrequired documents.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related fieldpreferred. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of highereducation.
Experience: 2+ years relevant work experience providing HRadministrative support preferred.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, andPowerPoint.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal written communicationinterpersonal skills. Must be able to interact and communicate withindividuals at all levels of the organization. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Special Skills: Work requires continual attention to detail in composingtyping proofing and analyzing materials. Must be able to work in afast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiplecompeting tasks and demands. Must maintain confidentiality.
