Overview and Essential Functions
Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? Then you may have found your next career move. We’re looking for a Fleet Specialist to join our team and help connect America. This position will be primarily remote, but will require traveling to the Snohomish office as determined by business needs (approximately one to four times a month).
Pay: $20 - $22 per hour
Responsibilities:
You will assist with the Company's Fleet documentation to ensure compliance with various corporate, State and Federal programs.
You will Track deficiencies and repairs of Fleet vehicles.
You will manage FasTrak database.
You will process Fleet invoices and all maintenance records. .
You will work with mileage reports and the fuel program.
You will assist with the Company's Safety documentation to ensure compliance with various corporate, State and Federal programs.
You will create and maintain training folders.
You will assist with vehicle incident tracker and DriveCam follow up.
You will assist with ordering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
You will also work with the Safety Team and provide support to field offices.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
You have a high school diploma or GED.
You have excellent communication and data entry skills and be proficient with Excel and Word.
You have attention to detail.
You are able to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines in a fast paced /high volume environment.
You are willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed.
You have experience in a construction work environment with multiple regional locations.
You are able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
Sitting - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily.
Keyboard/mouse usage - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily.
Standing - less than 2 hours daily.
Walking - approximately 1 to 2 hours daily.
Bending/Twisting - less than 1 hour daily.
Lifting (weights up to 40 lbs.) - rarely.
Lift & Carry (weights of 25 lbs) - occasionally.
