Key Responsibilities
Ensure compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies, historical practices, and applicable federal, state, and local statutory requirements.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to determine compensation for new hires, promotions, transfers, and other compensation actions; provide data-based recommendations through benchmark analysis of internal and external pay.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure proper levelling within the organization’s global job framework; perform job audits.
Assist in Retention of Key Talents through Total Rewards intervention as applicable
Maintain compensation and compensation-related data in the HR systems and any other internal systems of record, including job codes and salary structures.
Assist with market survey participation; coordinate data collection for accurate submission of survey materials.
Participate in efforts to revise and streamline existing compensation processes and/or to develop new compensation processes.
Participate in administration of focal salary review program, including managing promotions, system readiness, and data validation.
Skills
Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
