Titan America, LLC has an immediate opening for an Equipment Operator for our aggregates operations, primarily stationed in Medley, FL. This wage non-exempt position is assigned to the Mobile Equipment Department and will report to the Production Supervisor.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Perform all required safety checks and follow all safety rules and regulations.

　　Operate front-end loader (WA600/WA500 loading stationary crushing/screening equipment and outside trucks and trains).

　　Operate a backhoe excavator with hammer and thumb attachment.

　　Work with lead man on other tasks required in loadout and plant.

　　Move finished products when necessary.

　　Must be willing and able to train to operate other equipment and to perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Leadman.

　　Position will travel 40-60% annually.

　　Qualifications:

　　Safety-minded.

　　Ability to speak, read, and write the English language.

　　Basic knowledge of material specifications, preferred.

　　Knowledge of equipment operation preferred Excavator with hammer & thumb attachment and a front-end loader.

　　Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions to carry out sufficient repair orders.

　　Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

　　Ability to perform assigned tasks correctly and promptly.

　　Maintain a current Florida Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.

　　Ability to work well with others.

　　Capable of working in confined spaces.

　　Able to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear.

　　High School diploma or GED.

　　Shift:

　　Must be able to work weekends and overtime as necessary. Must be able to work rotating shifts as necessary.
