CACI is seeking a Special Security Representative to support our customer at NSWC Crane.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Request employee PIV card swipe access for SCIF.
Request employee IDS personal identity number for employees authorized to open/close SCIF.
Visitor control, retrieving and processing visitor clearances and maintaining the SCI visitor control databases – upon completion of provided training.
Conducting random and self inspections.
Will coordinate with servicing Special Security Officer (SSO) but not limited to:
Ensure all personnel with approved access to collateral or SCIF facilities are fully trained on opening/closing procedures to include demonstration of the process.Familiar with procedures for the generation, processing, handling and disposition of classified, unclassified and sensitive information to include, but not limited to:
Validate SCIF access rosters.
Execute media/equipment entry/exit form.
Validate all forms requiring security clearance/access verification
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Possess an active TS/SCI clearance
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Prior military, civilian, or security experience preferred
Ability to work in an agile, past-paced environment
Ability to complete tasking accurately and efficiently
Strong communication and briefing skills
