  About the Role & Program

  As the forward thinking, digital media arm for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, Customer Engagement Programmatic has the outstanding opportunity to connect guests with the place where dreams come true! We deliver innovative search engine marketing services that enable our guests to find the information and inspiration they need to interact with the Disney brand.

  What You Will Do

  Interns with our team will have the opportunity to learn how digital ad trafficking, campaign setup, reporting, and optimizations are implemented and tracked across multiple lines of business. As a member of our team you will:

  Assist in the launch, optimization, and reporting of data for campaigns we manage.

  Participate in testing core components and perform analyses of online campaigns to uncover stories within the data.

  Keep current on the Digital Media industry and propose new insights to further improve marketing campaign tactics.

  Required Qualifications & Skills

  Experience in marketing, analytical or technological fields.

  Enjoy looking at data and crafting a story out of it.

  You’re a tech geek with a high desire to learn online advertising!

  Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and prioritize time.

  Comfortable working with team members at all levels.

  Proven attentiveness to detail.

  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

  Preferred Qualifications

  Basic understanding of JavaScript and HTML (coding skills not necessary).Education

  Currently enrolled as a Senior or higher, or have graduated within the past 6 months from an accredited college/university earning a degree majoring in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics or related field.Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

  Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

  Must be at least 18 years of age.

  Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.

  Must possess unrestricted work authorization.

  Additional Information

  Must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.

  The approximate dates of this internship are June 2024 through January 2025.

  Must provide own housing for the duration of the program in the Glendale, CA area.

  Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
