　　An opportunity has arisen for a Skin Care Specialist to join our Spa Department in Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

　　To conduct personal consultations for VIP, regular guests, media and expats

　　To be pro-active in daily revenue driving within the spa, mainly driving retail and advanced facial treatment sales

　　To co-ordinate spa promotion & media events and provide necessary information about facilities, special promotion & service as requested.

　　To conduct spa workshops in order to boost sales and awareness.

　　Treatment performance especially VIP, media and demanding guests

　　Support reception in role following guest service encounters.

　　To conduct spa tours

　　To conduct therapist duties

　　To maintain retail in-house training program to help boost sales and re-bookings.

　　To monitor therapists’ techniques and assist the assistant spa

　　About you:

　　The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

　　International Diploma in advanced Skincare

　　CIDESCO or CIBTAC or equivalent

　　Minimum 5 years work experience, in a skin clinic or luxury Spa environment.
