As a Lead Screen Printing PressOperator, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by providing customershigh quality screen printed garments produced in a manufacturingenvironment. Here\'s what a typical day might look like. Other dutiesmay be assigned. Setup and operate a screen printing press to customize garments withcustomer supplied designs. Ensure accuracy on each order. Prioritizeorder completion based on the due date and execute screen printing tasksincluding reviewing work orders, machine setup, and dual departmentorders. Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensurehigh-quality, accurate prints. Maintain a safe and clean workenvironment. Comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations. Seekcontinuous improvement to help define parameters, maximize printquality, and reduce consumables. Keep an organized workflow for smoothand consistent output. Participate in training classes and actively seekprofessional development. Help out in other areas when needed and whentime allows. Responsibilities as a Team Lead: Lead continuousimprovement initiatives to help all shifts. Assist in training others inscreen printing standards and processes. Help establish controls andmeasures for repeatable, predictable product quality. Participate inbeginning / end of shift meetings with the production team. Focuses onteamwork and uniting all shifts. Communicate across departments toensure accuracy of art changes. Stay current with shipping proceduresand help to keep other screen printing associates current with shippingbest practices.
