  Job Description:

  We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our culinary team as a Sous Chef in Training. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about the culinary arts, eager to learn, and ready to take the next step towards becoming an Executive Chef. If you have a strong culinary foundation and a desire to excel in a dynamic kitchen environment, we invite you to apply.

  Responsibilities:

  Assist the Corporate Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation.

  Learn and master the preparation of diverse dishes, contributing creative ideas to menu development.

  Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate tasks to maintain a smooth workflow.

  Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste.

  Embrace a leadership role in the absence of the Corporate Executive Chef, demonstrating effective communication and decision-making skills.

  Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.

  Qualifications

  Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.

  Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.

  Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.

  Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
