　　SUMMARY:

　　As a Sourcing Specialist at United Alloy, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and engaging with suppliers to secure the best possible materials, products, or services for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our sourcing activities align with our strategic goals and contribute to our overall success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our procurement process and contribute to cost savings, quality improvement, and supplier relationship management.

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

　　Identify potential suppliers through market research and industry analysis.

　　Evaluate supplier capabilities, financial stability, and reputation.

　　Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and requirements.

　　Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

　　Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements.

　　Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

　　Analyze spend by supplier and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

　　Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support sourcing decisions.

　　Track and report on cost savings achieved through sourcing activities.

　　Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and contracts.

　　Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.

　　Provide insights and recommendations to inform procurement decisions.

　　Facilitates and arranges supplier visits, whether in-person at our location or remotely via teleconference.

　　Function as point of contact for critical escalations.

　　May also encompass procurement-related activities.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field

　　3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management

　　1+ years of experience in supplier negotiation, including negotiating contractual terms and conditions

　　Ability to travel 15-25% of the time

　　Strong negotiation and communication skills

　　Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills

　　Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities

　　Demonstrated ability to formulate solutions and resolve issues in timely manner

　　Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills

　　Excellent customer service skills building effective cross-function partnerships

　　Must be able to navigate in a windows-based computer environment

　　Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
