Within the Europe Procurement Plus organization delivering for Accenture internal client, the Sourcing Contracting Team Lead will be in charge of people management related activities within Europe S&C Delivery team and also for process related activities. The S&C Team Lead will take responsibility for delivery of the service, including management of the S&C teams, meeting or exceeding agreed service levels. The S&C Team Lead will also be expected to contribute to the success of the Procurement Plus business model through knowledge sharing and participation in category and community activities.

　　Your role includes the key responsibilities below :

　　Overall responsibility for on time delivery of high quality Sourcing Services projects within the assigned Delivery Team.

　　Manage the operational S&C team members, ensuring issues are managed

　　Manage and develop the relationship with key stakeholders

　　Align the service delivery with the sourcing category management in each region, through close communication and cooperation with Category Leads or MU Leads

　　Ensure that S&C operational documents and processes are kept updated and followed

　　Ensure that all internal controls are effectively completed in accordance with agreed guidelines

　　Manage workloads to ensure even distribution of responsibilities and provide development opportunities, when available, with assistance from supervisor or workforce planner

　　Coordinate closely with his her peers to deliver projects consistent with the global strategy

　　Keeping Sourcing Operations Leadership up to date on resource needs and project status by ensuring delivery team compliance with reporting and project management tools

　　Provide leadership through proactive management development of the S&C team members

　　Set team and individual goals performance objectives, in alignment with the role
