　　What You’ll Do

　　Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve. You will:

　　Lead and conduct fit-gap and design workshops to craft business processes and solutions and configurations to support customer requirements.

　　Be passionately customer-focused; relentlessly pursue providing an excellent customer experience every time.

　　As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include:

　　Layout the architecture vision and strategy while building and driving the technology solution roadmap.

　　Business case development, project and program management, business development, proposal writing and management.

　　Derive the short-, medium- and long-term platform architectural roadmap with a robust/scalable architecture.

　　Collaborate with internal and external customers to bring out the best solution viable both technically and commercially.

　　Proactively identify deployment, performance and security issues by closely collaborating with DevOps/InfoSec/Perf and Scale teams

　　Bring in industry best practices such as architectural auditing, quality gates, etc into the organization and come up with implementation plans.

　　Leading key projects delivery as the solution architect, hands-on lead developers, and/or technical leader.

　　Required Skills/Experience

　　At least 15 years of experience with a consistent track record, 5 years of experience in the capacity of a Principal/Senior Solutions Architect or equivalent.

　　Hands-on Telco demonstrated ability

　　Strong people management skills and leadership skills

　　Evangelist and communication skills

　　Experience in collaboration with different customers like vendors, product managers, developers

　　Experience working with globally distributed teams.

　　Experience and understanding Microservice architecture with containers such as Docker, Kubernetes

　　Experience in DevOps Practice and tools such as Puppet, Ansible, etc

　　Experience in Infrastructure Cloud like AWS, MS Azure
