  Department Description:

  ビジネストランスフォーメーションコンサルタント(Business Architect)はCRMやクラウドに精通し、Customer Successに向け、お客様ビジネスのトランスフォーメーションを有償サービスで支援するコンサルタントです。BAはお客様と共にCRM戦略やビジネス課題を明らかにした上で、変革像をDesignし、クライアントのトランスフォーメーションジャーニーをmulti-functional teamsと連携しながら、ナビゲートします。

  Role Description:

  • CRMグランドデザインやトランスフォーメーションプランニングなどのビジネスコンサルティングに関するデリバリー(戦略目標整理、課題分析、施策立案、実行計画やビジネスケース策定)

  • CRM施策を具体化し、他のメンバーと連携しながら具体的なプロトタイプやデモをデザインし、お客様に提示

  • 導入• 活用フェーズにおいては、他のメンバーと協働しつつ、自ら描いたブループリントに従って、お客様の変革を支援

  BAの有力候補はカスタマーサクセスに向け強いコミットメントを持ち、お客様のエグゼクティブや現場マネジメントと高い視点でビジネス上の課題をコミュニケーションでき、創造的なアイデアを発揮しつつ、解決策を立案、実行。更に常にオーナーシップを持って、プロアクティブかつチームワークを保ちながら、変革を指揮することができる人。

  Role Requirements:

  • 5年以上のビジネスコンサルティングもしくはITコンサルティングの経験者。中でもCRM領域に関するコンサルティング経験

  • 5-7年以上の事業会社の企画業務経験や変革プロジェクト経験

  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力、クライアントマネジメント力、プレゼンテーション力、自律的な課題解決能力、創造的で積極的な思考、柔軟な環境対応能力。

  Preferred Requirements:

  • ITとクラウド領域の経験があれば尚良し

  • ITプロジェクトの管理やプロジェクトリーダーの経験があれば尚良し
