PeopleReady Skilled Trades - is hiring for a Mid-Level Solar Installer, Hour Positions available in Palo Alto, Redwood City, Mountain View and surrounding areas.  

　　Note - The pay rate for this job is $28 - $36 / hour

　　Responsibilities:

　　Measuring, cutting, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules

　　Connecting installed solar panels to existing electrical systems and checking electrical installation for proper wiring, polarity, grounding, or integrity of terminations

　　Organizing and maintaining system components

　　Maintaining documentation of completed installations

　　Applying weather sealing to array, building, or support mechanisms 

　　Completing labor-intensive work in various weather conditions

　　 Qualifications:

　　E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA

　　Basic Hand tools

　　Minimum 3- 5 years of experience on commercial or residential construction sites
