　　Primary Role:The Director of Information Technology assists in the management of Myonex's IT function. The Director will support the [TBD] in the execution of IT strategies, the design, development and deployment of applications, infrastructure, and coordination of internal IT staff and external service providers. The position will be integral in providing leadership of strategic projects and be responsible for ensuring projects meet their goals and commitments. This position will also play a vital role in ensuring compliance with IT-related processes and regulations, including GxP, Information Security, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements specific to our clinical trial supply operations.We are in the US eastern time zone and support subsidiaries in the UK and Germany; our working hours start at 8am est.Duties:*Assist the team in developing and executing the company's IT strategy encompassing applications, data, technology and business processes.*Partner with business leaders to leverage technology to improve business processes and client service, including the development of the roadmap for Myonex's application and infrastructure portfolio.*Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure timely and effective delivery of complex strategic projects.*Collaborate with business leaders to support business applications such as ERP, CPQ and similar applications.*Manage vendor relationships and performance; participate in planning, strategic sourcing, and overseeing support processes, issue resolution, and reporting.*Negotiate and manage service level agreements with internal and external stakeholders.*Support the team in ensuring compliance with GxP, Information Security, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.*Operate effectively in a GxP environment, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of clinical trial supply operations.*Contribute to IT resource planning, including the hiring of qualified IT team members.*Provide leadership and facilitate the learning and development of the global IT team members.*Supervise and support internal IT staff, ensuring their roles and responsibilities align with departmental goals.*Provide oversight for ERP and IT-related budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.*Implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality and efficiency.*Experience in leading teams in an entrepreneurial environment and the ability to manage multiple projects through effective prioritization.Embody the Myonex Core Values:*Be a Great Team Player*Be Customer Focused*Learn & Grow*Find a Way

　　Experience and Skills

　　Education & Experience:*Ten+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT roles with 3+ years managing vendor relationships.*Professional expertise leading an enterprise application such as ERP or related supply chain technologies.*Bachelor's degree in computer science from an accredited college/university; or equivalent experience.*Demonstrable experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing direct reports.*Vendor and support management experience including managing budgets, metrics, and continuous improvement.*Life sciences and GMP experience is strongly preferred, including FDA compliant environments.Skills/Qualifications:*Proven Project Management skills*Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and business solutions*Ability to establish IT management processes such as SDLC, and vendor and service management.*Knowledge of clinical trial supply chain and sourcing preferred.*Preference for Eastern PA location, but a remote role is possible with travel 4-6 times per year.*US Citizenship Required.
