  SOHO HOUSE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME 2024 = FRONT OF HOUSE

   

  Soho Apprenticeship provides on-the-job training to support people at the beginning of their careers or anyone who might be starting a new career with us.

  Through this training programme you will gain exposure to different departments across the business and have the opportunity to work in different sites. You'll earn a recognised qualification (Hospitality Team Member Level 2), take part in professional development sessions with our leadership team, and have a dedicated mentor.

   

  Your Journey

  Working full time in our Houses or public restaurants, developing your front of house hospitality skills With guidance from your mentor you will start off by learning the basics on either the floor or bar, looking after our members and guests and learning all things food and beverage Dedicated time each month to work towards your apprenticeship qualification, with the support of your trainer and early careers team Masterclasses with our senior leaders and suppliers to elevate your hospitality knowledge, skills and behaviours Our internal learning and development opportunities will give you all of the skills to excel with everything you do Soho House is a global business with locations across Europe, North America and Asia. If living and working abroad is something that excites you, then we will support your future self to do this.

   

   

  Additional information

  Do I need any previous experience in hospitality in order to be considered?

  No. This programme is designed specifically for those with minimal to no prior experience, with a passion for hospitality

  What locations will the scheme be based in?

  We will be placing apprentices across various sites in London. This includes West, Central, and East London

  Stage 1: Telephone interviews will take place will take place from week commencing 8th January 2024 Stage 2: Discovery Days for you to come and meet us to find out more about us, Soho Apprenticeship and some group activities Central London – 23rd January 2024 East London – 23rd January 2024 West London – 24th January 2024 Stage 3: Final interview at one of our sites with the General Manager Start date: Monday 26th February 2024
